Crispy duck quarter placed over a bed of vegetable saffron risotto, then topped with a sweet blood orange glaze.
Pork Tenderloin Tips Bearnaise
Pork tenderloin tips marinated, and flame grilled then placed over a bed of Yukon mashed potatoes and topped with a rich tarragon bearnaise.
